Brilliant vintage 1950s Harris Tweed jacket, sport coat, which has been crafted from woven Scotch wool in shades of grey and black.
Condition; The fabric has some fading to the lower lapel and placket. Please look at the photos, and drop me a line should you require further clarification regarding this.
The handwoven tweed was made from 100% pure Scottish wool in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland and then tailored in London by Hardy Amies for Hepworths.
It has 4 inside pockets, 3 front pockets, 2 button fastening with 2 buttons to each cuff and side vents.
The jacket is without a size label, actual measurements are below please compare them against your own fitted jacket.
Condition:
The jacket is in good condition overall, although it does have some fade to the lapel and the silk lining. The original buttons are all attached and the lining material looks nice and clean.
