Vintage 1920s Art Deco Cloche Hat Black Satin Dipped Brim Pristine Stylised Stunning 20s Flapper

Original and completely genuine 1920s black satin cloche. Made in Paris 1922.
Its quite beautiful and has loads of little detailing, with a gorgeous deep band which is folded and ruffled to form a stylised bow to the side. It has a low brim to the front and back with a broader sweep to the sides.
Absolutely wonderful military work to the finishing, which is all hand stitched and is exceptional. The stiffening is pristine, the deep domed crown is without damage and is still very firm. The lining is silk, and original and is in fabulous condition.
The cloche is in excellent condition, clean and wearable. The size is medium to fit approximately 22 - 24 inches.
These delicious items were created during the flapper period in the 1920's to be worn by the bright young things with bobbed hair.
This particular item was part of a private collection belonging to a member of the Paris Follies at this time, it's fallen to me as part of my heirloom fashion collection.
This is such a wonderful item, unique and completely genuine, no one will have another quite like this one as it was specifically made as a designer sample and given as a gift.
It's been worn, but with great care and stored since approximately the mid 1920s.
