Rare Find, two pairs of fabulous Superb Christian Dior Seemed Stockings with their original Box and tissue paper.
Mostly ladies would wear one pair and keep the other pair for 'best' so you don't often come across an original Christian Dior Box with the original 2 pairs.
The outer edge of the box has
"Christian Dior Vermeil 9 1/2 Miss Dior"
The stocking top has a gold stamp with the following:-
"Christian Dior. Paris-New York 9 1/2. ** Vermeil"
Please note that the 9 1/2 relate to the length in inches of the foot, which equates to a uk size 5-6
These stockings date from approximately the 1960s and are made of Du Pont Sheer Nylon.
The leg length is 32'' to the top of the welt.
