Vintage 1950s silk Sheath Dress with peplum waist. The creation has been hand made, with most of the finishing being hand stitched.
Unworn with a date tag of June ‘51.
The print is a vivid clean and bright paisley and
it appears to have a little of the continental about the style.
It’s unique and very beautifully made, with dainty shoulders and belt. To the back, there is a long covered zip and six inch box pleat.

The fabric is in the most stunning condition, the lining is a baby blue rayon.
The dress has been cut to compliment beautifully, a curvy figure. This is a mostly hand finished garment, nevertheless it’s been made to a high standard with all major seams being machined
It’s simply stunning and perfect for any vintage themed venue, and wonderful for retro weddings. Wear with a pure white bolero cardigan or wrap for a nostalgic fashion statement or maybe a 3/4 duster coat
