1800s Georgian jabot neck ruff, which is in the most stunning condition
The overall length is 9 inches there are three layers each layer is 3 1/2 inches in depth, these have been mounted onto a silk oblong webbed panel.
The duchess lace was hand made in France, and has been kept in a linen store after being used once for a wedding.
The item has been freshly laundered by hand and a light glaze has been applied to keep the fabrics shape.
This is a heirloom, which has been in my family since it was initially made.
