Stunning 1950s Duster Coat created from a Black Pure Silk Velvet with a trim of white mink at the neckline.
This may be taken off to reveal a high mandarin collar.
The lining is black pure silk.
The fabric and garment is in the most stunning condition, and has been cut to compliment beautifully.
The duster coat is fabulously chic, with a generous cut to give a defined ‘swing’ the sleeves are bracelet to allow the lady to wear the longer length glove, with wrist jewellery. It is so absolutely gorgeous and it’s in original 1954 condition.
It’s simply stunning and perfect for any vintage themed venue, wonderful for retro weddings, Garden parties, and music festivals
A wonderful chic coat to place over a 1950s gown. These coats also compliment palazzo evening pants and the longer wiggle dresses.
There is no size label to garment, only the size marked down in the collectors inventory-which was a vintage size 20. Therefore I have given the actual measurements, taken from seam to seam, when the garment was laid flat, and are given as a guide.
