The hem of the lace is scalloped and ornately embroidered. To the front and rear are dainty pleats from the fixed waistband.
The bloomers exquisitely made, with all seams etc being hand sewn.
This is a beautiful example of needlecraft.
All measurements were taken seam to seam when the garment was laid flat and have been provided as a guidance for you to compare against an item of ones own.
